Kirsten Pape, a Mizzou graduate and lifelong Columbia resident, joined the College of Arts and Science Career Development Office in the fall of 2021. She received all three of her undergraduate degrees from the college and began her career at Mizzou in 2005 right here in the college as an academic advisor. 

In her current position, Kirsten focuses on guiding students primarily in the social and behavioral sciences, assisting them with things such as career exploration, internship searches, and post-graduation planning. In her role as Assistant Director, she aspires to assist all A&S students with building out their career narrative.
