MU Associate Professor Brandon Boyd’s music composition will debut on an international stage this fall. Boyd’s latest piece “Come and Go with Me” will premiere at London’s Barbican Centre on November 5. Boyd, the director of choral activities for the School of Music, will join the London Symphony Orchestra and more than 250 vocal artists from the London community for the first performance of his music which he describes as a Black spiritual rooted in the gospel tradition.
