The new organization Undergraduate Women in Economics (UWE) is kicking off their inaugural year next Thursday January 28th on Zoom!

The new organization is centered around professional development opportunities and community building within the University of Missouri’s economics programs, as well as outreach to increase representation in economics by dismantling barriers to participation and confronting bias.

The all member meetings will be held every other Thursday from 6-7pm. (Meeting dates: Jan 28th, Feb 11th, Feb 25th, March 11th, March 25th, April 8th, April 22nd, May 6th). There will be additional professional development and community building opportunities outside of these dates for members to attend.
