A&S Tap Day inductees

Twenty-one College of Arts & Science students are among the newest members of Mizzou’s six prestigious secret societies. These 21 students represent nearly half of the inductees revealed during the 96th Tap Day ceremony held April 28, 2023, in Jesse Auditorium.

New members are chosen based on scholarship, leadership and service. Their identities were kept secret until the annual ceremony.

Each society also inducts honorary members — this year, including two from the College of Arts & Science. These honor taps are staff and faculty who have contributed significantly to the university.

Mizzou's six secret societies are LSV, Mortar Board, Mystical 7, Omicron Delta Kappa, QEBH and the Rollins Society.
