Overview of College of Liberal Arts: The college supports 4334 undergraduate majors and 548 graduate students (Fall 2021), 387 full-time faculty, and 121 staff. There are 47 majors, 44 minors, and 22 graduate certificates in the college across 13 departments and 1 school and interdisciplinary programs. The annual operating budget is approximately 68 million, and we generate over 8 million in external grants and contract funding.

- Directed the graduate doctoral program in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology consisting of 5 faculty and 15 doctoral students.
- Developed and implemented the first master’s program in Alabama preparing students for emerging workforce needs in I-O and curricula to align with Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology core learning and competencies.
- Created an Accelerated Bachelors Masters in I-O for undergraduate students to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in 5 years.
- Assessed student training needs and implemented curriculum and extra-curriculum changes to address gaps in training.
- Updated doctoral program curricula consistent with national standards and coordinated course schedule and course offerings to ensure timely completion to degree for students.

- Co-facilitated and co-directed a campus-wide leadership series for department chairs and heads across all colleges at Auburn University with support from the Office of the Provost and the Biggio Center for Teaching and Learning.
- Organized and co-led multiple sessions per semester focused on professional development and topical issues in addition to special sessions for immediate pressing issues.
