UBS Private Wealth Management
BA ’90 Political Science
Mark Wilkins joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2015, following 21 years at Merrill Lynch. Prior to becoming a private wealth adviser, he served as an officer in the United States Army. At UBS, Wilkins and his team manage wealth for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families throughout the United States. Wilkins was named a top adviser by both Barron's and Registered Rep. magazine.
Wilkins is very active in several military and educational causes. While at MU, he was inducted into QEBH, a seven-member secret honor society. He was co-founder of Student Outreach, a resident assistant, the cadet battalion commander of the Army ROTC program, and a distinguished military graduate. He is a founder and board member of the Second Ranger Battalion Assistance Foundation. In 2005, he founded the Mark and Patrick Wilkins Army ROTC Fund at the University of Missouri, and in 2007, he delivered the commencement address to the graduates of the MU College of Arts and Science.
In addition to civic causes, Wilkins is very involved with his two children—his daughter recently graduated from Dartmouth, and his son attends the John Burroughs School in St. Louis. Wilkins is also an avid mountain climber, having undertaken many domestic and international expeditions, including Mt. Everest in Nepal, Mt. Vinson in Antarctica, and Alaska’s Mt. McKinley.
