‌Sydney Thomas joined the College of Arts & Science Career Development in September of 2024 as an Internship and Career Coach. She has a background that spans over a decade across industries including customer service, hospitality, healthcare, and client management. Combined with a background in the fine and performing arts, she brings a creative approach to career development, mentoring students with an eye for strategy and design. 

She is focused on guiding students through career exploration, skill development, and connecting to meaningful opportunities. Her goal is to help students leverage their arts and humanities degrees to pursue fulfilling careers through internships, apprenticeships, full-time roles, and entrepreneurship.

Sydney received a B.F.A in Dance with minors in Business Administration and Writing from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She’s an advocate for studying the humanities, and passionate about supporting students to stay in a creative career flow.
