Youssouf Ouattara

Youssouf Ouattara is a citizen from Burkina Faso. He holds a master’s degree from the MU Truman School of Public Affairs, a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Professionally, Youssouf is a public administrator for the Ministry of Territory Administration, Decentralization and Security. He has held leadership positions in the Burkina administration, and served as secretary general of a municipality with 120,000 inhabitants and as district superintendent. Recently, he has worked for USAID projects in the field of countering violent extremism (CVE). He is a CVE consultant for the National Opinion Research Center based in Chicago.
