Finding the Equations of the Organ of Corti: Measurements of basilar membrane motion are used to derive a nonlinear model of three-dimensional cochlear mechanics. The talk is aimed at Physics graduate students who have an interest in biology. Biologists with sufficient mathematical skills may also find the talk of interest.
