Patrick Davies is a professor of psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Rochester. He is an author of over 150 publications and four books and monographs. A common theme across these studies is a focus on understanding the interplay between the quality of family and interpersonal relationships and child functioning within prospective designs that incorporate multiple methods and multiple levels of analysis (e.g., relational, behavioral, neurobiological, neurocognitive, and genetic). He has served as an associate editor and board member of several journals and as a member and chair of NIH scientific review groups.
