Academic advising in the College helps you in making progress toward meeting your academic and life goals. Advisors are prepared to discuss with you degree selection, course prerequisites, academic performance, plans for the future, career possibilities, options for graduate study, or general concerns.

Career assistance. Students are encouraged to visit the MU Career Center, which provides a vast array of resources and services. Career Center staff help students explore career paths, find jobs and internships, prepare for interviews and write strong resumes among other services on a walk-in and appointment basis. Also available is HireMizzouTigers.com, where students can access more than 1,000 job postings, search the 6,000+ employer directory, sign-up for on-campus interviews and RSVP to career fairs.

The Arts and Science Advising Center is located on the first floor of Lowry Hall. Academic Exploration and and Advising Services (advising for undecided students and pre-communication majors) and the MU Career Center are located in the Student Success Center:
