Online Account Information
MU Accounting has a new On-Line account create form within Outlook. Please use it for future account requests. It can be accessed within Outlook as follows:
- Select "File"
- Select "New"
- Select "Choose Form"
- Under the header "Organizational Forms Library" select "UM New Chartfield Request"
Please complete the data and forward the completed form by email to your Senior Accountant. If staff in your division complete the form, please have them forward to you for your approval, and then you can forward it on to your Senior Accountant. If we receive any forms from staff in your division we will forward them to you for approval before the account is set up. Note: If you have an account request that would have been completed on the long form under FRS, we will still need that form to be completed under PeopleSoft. We will work to convert the long form to an On-Line form, but for now please continue sending it in paper. If you have any questions about how to complete the On-Line form please contact your Senior Accountant.
